  • Below is a breakdown of what to expect when having us come out to handle the water damage restoration in your home or business.

  • step 1

On the first day we’ll assess the damage, extract any standing water, and remove any unsalvageable wet materials. Then before we leave we’ll set up drying equipment, usually a dehumidifier and a few air movers.

  • step 2

On the next day(s) we may return for any additional demo and monitor the drying equipment. Any mold found behind walls and floor will be remediated. Depending on the space and the amount of water drying can take from 1-5 days.

  • step 3

As soon as the area has reached acceptable moisture levels, we’ll begin the rebuild process, which will usually include replacing removed drywall, flooring, and anything that was removed during the demo.
